We are looking for Experienced PRO Officer with Valid DRIVERS LICENSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visa & Labor Processing: Manage end-to-end employee work permits, residency visas, status changes, renewals, medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications, and cancellations via MOHRE and ICP/GDRFA.
• Company Licensing & Permits: Handle commercial trade license renewals, establishment card updates, chamber of commerce memberships, and industry-specific approvals (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, DLD/RERA).
• Document & Expiry Tracking: Maintain a strict tracker for employee visas, labor cards, vehicle registrations, and company permits to avoid fines.
• Government Portal Management: Process transactions using official digital channels such as Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Edirham, Noqodi, and Dubai Now.
• HR & Admin Coordination: Assist HR with WPS (Wage Protection System) data, staff onboarding/offboarding, medical insurance administration, and traffic/vehicle paperwork.
• Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in UAE labor and immigration laws and brief management accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven PRO experience handling UAE or local government transactions.
• Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration procedures, and local municipal codes.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (essential for drafting official Arabic correspondence and communicating with ministry officials).
• Mobility & License: Valid local driving license with a reliable ability to travel to government typing centers and department offices.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management under tight deadlines, and discretion with confidential data.
