Orderify Delivery Services LLC is hiring an experienced recruiter to expand our delivery workforce across the UAE.
We need someone with practical experience sourcing and hiring bike riders, delivery drivers, and other blue-collar employees in large numbers. You should be comfortable building your own candidate pipeline, managing follow-ups, and converting suitable applicants into drivers and riders who join and start work.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, with visits to Dubai and other Emirates when required.
Your Responsibilities
Recruit delivery riders and drivers against agreed monthly workforce targets.
Generate applications through referrals, online advertisements, social media groups, walk-ins, recruitment agencies, and community networks.
Screen applicants for relevant experience, licence category, availability, and suitability for the available positions.
Explain job responsibilities, compensation, working arrangements, and joining requirements clearly to candidates.
Maintain a ready pool of suitable applicants for upcoming vacancies.
Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, document collection, and joining arrangements with HR and Operations.
Stay in contact with selected applicants throughout onboarding to reduce withdrawals and missed joining dates.
Develop reliable sourcing relationships with agencies and recruitment partners.
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker showing each candidate’s status, next action, and expected joining date.
Report applications received, interviews completed, candidates selected, actual joinings, deployments, and reasons for dropouts.
Coordinate with Operations to resolve recruitment-related concerns affecting new joiners.
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, including hands-on blue-collar or bulk hiring.
Previous recruitment of delivery riders or drivers is strongly preferred.
A record of achieving hiring targets and handling multiple candidates at different recruitment stages.
Ability to source candidates independently and build new recruitment channels.
Strong communication, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Working proficiency in Hindi/Urdu and sufficient English for coordination and reporting.
Ability to maintain accurate records using Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment software.
Willingness to travel within the UAE when necessary.
Experience in delivery, courier, transport, logistics, or manpower supply is an advantage.
Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
How Success Will Be Measured
Performance will be assessed against agreed targets for actual joinings and deployments, candidate conversion, joining timelines, and early retention.
