Swiss Limousine is looking for a professional, energetic, and well-organized candidate to join our Operations Team in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily limousine operations and chauffeur schedules.
- Manage customer bookings and reservations.
- Communicate with chauffeurs and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor trips and handle last-minute booking changes.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain excellent customer service.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and daily operational reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer systems.
- Previous experience in limousine, transport, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
