Job Details
Seeking an HR Manager with atleast 2 years of experience and holding a Bachelors degree to oversee human resources operations, and ensure effective HR policies and procedures.

Knowledgeable about the UAE Ministry Labour laws and preparing employee salaries, compensation, benefits and payrolls accurately

Managing and resolving employee complaints and grievances

Maintaining records, including employee files, compensation, and annual leave information

A Real estate management background is mandatory as it is a part of the work.
