We are seeking an organised and discreet HR / Admin Officer to manage human resources administration and general office operations in a single combined role. Reporting to the HR Manager, Administration Manager, or General Manager, the successful candidate will keep employee processes and office functions running smoothly, which is common in small and mid-sized organisations where one person covers both areas.
The core of the HR side is employee lifecycle administration. The HR / Admin Officer maintains accurate personnel files and HR records, prepares offer letters and employment contracts, and coordinates onboarding so that new joiners start with documents, system access, and induction arranged in advance. Leave, attendance, and overtime records are tracked and verified before they go to payroll, and exits are handled correctly, with clearances, final settlement documentation, and cancellation of access completed in full.
