FCG Management Consultancies LLC is a Dubai-based HR consulting and employment services firm. We source and recruit staff for client companies across the UAE, and we are growing. We are looking for an Operations Executive to keep our recruitment and deployment operations running accurately and on time.

What you will do
- Coordinate the day-to-day flow of candidates from selection through to joining and deployment at client sites
- Track and confirm joining status for every candidate, and keep records accurate and up to date
- Prepare and send daily and weekly operations reports to management and clients, on time
- Liaise with our visa and payroll partner to follow up on documentation, onboarding and status updates
- Act as a point of contact for clients and deployed staff on operational queries, and escalate issues early
- Follow and help improve our standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep trackers, files and candidate documents organised and audit-ready

What we are looking for
- 2-3 years' experience in operations, recruitment coordination, manpower supply or HR administration, preferably in the UAE
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence working with trackers and reports
- Clear written and spoken English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are an advantage
- Organized, detail-focused and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable following up with several parties at once and communicating clearly
- Basic knowledge of UAE visa and on boarding processes is a plus
