Primevista Real Estate is a Dubai-based Real Estate. Working across the full spectrum of the Dubai property market.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to help us attract top real estate talent while supporting our HR operations.
YOUR ROLE:
1. manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
2. Proactively identify, Approach, and build a strong pipeline of high-performing Dubai real estate professionals.
3. Engage with candidates daily and communicate our company's opportunities, culture, earning potential, and career growth.
4. Work with management to understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
5. Use any Platform Tools within the Dubai real estate industry.
6.Manage employee onboarding, HR administration, employee records, and day-to- day HR related matters.
7. Support management in building a professional , performance -driven, and positive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Proven experience in HR and Talent acquisition within Dubai Real Estate.
2. Strong understanding of real estate recruitment and access to relevant talent networks.
3. Excellent communication, relationship-building, costumer service, and negotiation.
4. Strong knowledge of any Platform tools or social media recruitment.
5. Self-driven, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
