We are a fast-growing automotive group operating multiple facilities across Dubai, specializing in accident repairs, high-end detailing, paint, and mechanical services. With over 200+ team members across various departments, we are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and streamline our people operations.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all HR operations for 200+ staff across multiple sites.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and visa/employment documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance files.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
• Manage employee accommodation allocations and related logistics.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for WPS compliance.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and staff relations professionally.
• Plan and execute training, welfare, and engagement programs.
• Liaise with PROs and government departments for renewals, cancellations, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience in the UAE preferred (newcomers with strong knowledge of UAE labor law may also apply).
• Strong understanding of HR documentation, visa processes, and labor law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Malayalam speaking preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in the automotive or technical service industry is an advantage.
