NOOR DEIRA STEEL TRADING L.L.C is hiring an Office Assistant with
strong AI proficiency. This role is designed for someone who uses
AI tools as a core part of daily work — not as an occasional aid.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Office Assistant will support daily office operations by combining
traditional administrative duties with AI-assisted workflows. The
successful candidate will work closely with management to run, refine,
and improve internal processes using modern digital tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate AI-assisted workflows for document processing and data entry
- Draft professional emails, quotations, and reports using AI tools
- Process scanned and handwritten documents with AI, verifying accuracy
- Maintain internal records and databases in Google Sheets
- Manage the company's WhatsApp Business account and customer
communications
- Prepare standard commercial documents through the company ERP system
- Handle general office duties: calls, visitors, courier, filing
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and consistency
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated prior use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
- Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP)
- Fluent English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog is a plus)
- 0–1+ years of UAE office experience
- Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
- Bachelor's degree or diploma
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n automations
- Built a custom GPT or Claude Project for a business use case
- Google Apps Script or basic Python
- ERP, WhatsApp Business API, or Meta Business Suite experience
- Canva or basic design skills
- Prior experience in a trading or industrial environment
WHAT WE OFFER:
- AED 3,000 – 3,500+ (negotiable based on demonstrated AI skills)
