Job Details

We are a growing swimming pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair company providing professional services to premium residential communities across Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Jubail Island, and Ramhan Island. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Pool Technician / Pool Plumbing Technician to join our team.

If you have experience maintaining swimming pools, troubleshooting pool equipment, and carrying out pool plumbing repairs, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine swimming pool cleaning, vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and water testing.

- Monitor and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe operating conditions.

- Clean, service, and maintain sand and cartridge filtration systems.

- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace pool pumps, motors, filters, valves, and control equipment.

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chlorination systems, salt chlorinators, heaters, chillers, dosing systems, and other pool equipment.

- Carry out pool plumbing work, including repairing and replacing PVC pipes, valves, unions, fittings, and plumbing connections.

- Detect and repair pool leaks and plumbing faults.

- Recover and restore green or contaminated pools using appropriate treatment methods.

- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend repairs when required.

- Maintain accurate service records and report equipment issues.

- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing maintenance concerns.

- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Pool Technician, Pool Maintenance Technician, or Pool Plumbing Technician.

- Strong knowledge of swimming pool cleaning, water chemistry, filtration systems, and pool equipment.

- Experience with pool plumbing, leak detection, and PVC pipe installation and repair.

- Ability to diagnose and repair pumps, motors, filters, valves, chlorinators, heaters, and related pool systems.

- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.

- Good spoken and written English.

- Valid UAE driving licence.

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
