Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician with proven experience in retail shop fit-outs and maintenance within shopping malls. Candidates with prior exposure to mall regulations, retail timelines, and coordination with mall management teams will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in retail outlets and commercial spaces.
Execute electrical works as per approved shop drawings and mall authority guidelines.
Handle lighting systems, power distribution, DB dressing, and cable routing.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and mall management for approvals and inspections.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local authority regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out timely repairs.
Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper documentation of work performed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrician in retail shops, shopping malls, or commercial fit-outs.
Good understanding of mall fit-out procedures and authority approvals.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
Familiarity with safety practices and electrical codes.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible hours (including night shifts if required).
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience working in reputed shopping malls or retail brands.
Knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA or relevant authority).
