## AC Team Leader / Senior AC Technician
We are hiring an experienced AC technician to lead a team in AC cleaning, maintenance and repair at residential and commercial properties.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the AC team, assign daily tasks and ensure quality work.
- Carry out AC deep cleaning, chemical cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair Split, Ducted, Package and Central AC systems.
- Troubleshoot cooling issues, electrical faults and refrigerant leaks.
- Guide technicians on safe working practices and proper cleaning procedures.
- Communicate with customers and prepare basic job reports and material requests.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in AC cleaning, maintenance and repair.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Basic English communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- **Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.**
