Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, including wiring, switches, sockets, and
lighting fixtures.
- Carry out plumbing repairs, including fixing leaking pipes, faucets, drainage issues, and
sanitary fixtures.
- Perform painting works, including wall preparation, surface repairs, touch-ups, and
repainting as required.
- Install, replace, and maintain basic electrical and plumbing components.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities and systems are in good working
condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
Skills required:
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical drawings
Physical stamina and manual dexterity
Knowledge of safety standards (very important in UAE workplaces)
Requirements:
Technical Skill Certificate or relevant experience certificate required
Work Experience - 4 Years minimum in GCC
Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
