Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Split, Ducted, Package and Central AC systems.
Troubleshoot compressor failures, electrical faults and cooling problems.
Perform refrigerant leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming and gas charging (R22, R410A and R32).
Replace compressors, capacitors, contactors, fan motors, thermostats and other AC components.
Carry out AC preventive maintenance, chemical cleaning and deep cleaning.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate testing instruments.
Check refrigerant pressures, compressor amperage, capacitors and temperature differences.
Perform AC installation, testing and commissioning.
Identify problems accurately and recommend cost-effective repair solutions.
Prepare basic technical inspection reports and material requirements.
Attend customer sites independently and ensure quality workmanship.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in AC maintenance and repair.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Package AC units, Ducted AC systems and Split AC units.
Experience in compressor replacement and refrigerant system repairs is essential.
Good knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and components.
Ability to diagnose and resolve AC cooling problems independently.
Experience working in villas, commercial buildings, offices and schools.
Basic English communication skills.
UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
Must be hardworking, reliable and customer-oriented.
