Job Details
multi-skilled MEP Technician (Electrician & Plumber) to handle both electrical and plumbing installations for our ongoing construction projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Sleeves & Conduit First-Fix: Installing structural sleeves and PVC conduits in concrete slabs and walls before pouring for both electrical and plumbing services.
• Electrical Work & Cable Pulling: Pulling wires/cables and executing professional DB Dressing (Distribution Board dressing and terminations).
• Plumbing & Pipework: Installing water supply networks (PPR piping, thermo-pipes) and drainage/sewage pipe systems (PVC/uPVC).
• Sanitary Fixture Installation (Final Fix): Installing sanitary ware (toilets, washbasins, mixers, showers, water heaters, and pumps) safely with zero leaks.
• Drawing & Safety Compliance: Reading and executing approved MEP shop drawings and strictly complying with site HSE regulations.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE as a multi-skilled MEP Technician (handling both electrical and plumbing trades).
• Strong capability in both first-fix (rough-in) and final-fix (finishing) stages.
• Ability to troubleshoot piping leaks or electrical faults efficiently.
• Advantage: Valid transferable visa availability.
