We are a Dubai-based home installation and maintenance company looking for a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician to join us full-time. You will carry out installations and maintenance work in residential villas and apartments across Dubai, working directly with customers in their homes.
What you will do:
- Install and fit products in customers' homes to a high standard: measuring, drilling, mounting and fixing on walls, doors, cabinets, furniture, glass and metal railings
- Carpentry and woodwork tasks: cutting, fitting, assembling and finishing
- Assemble and install products by carefully following manuals, technical drawings and step-by-step instructions
- Carry out general maintenance and repair jobs as required
- Prepare tools and materials for each job and keep stock and equipment organised
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office: confirm appointments, explain the work, flag any issues and report back after each job
- Leave every site clean and tidy with no damage to walls, floors or furniture
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a maintenance technician, carpenter, handyman or fit-out technician
- Strong carpentry and woodworking skills
- Confident drilling into concrete, tile, gypsum, wood and metal, and using power tools safely
- Able to read and follow assembly manuals and instructions accurately
- Great communication skills in English: polite, clear and professional with customers
- Valid UAE driving licence is REQUIRED; own car is preferable
- Attention to detail and pride in a neat, high-quality finish
- Punctual, honest and comfortable working in family homes
What we offer:
- Full-time role, salary AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month depending on experience
