Conference Coordinator – Medical Events & Conferences
Location: Dubai
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to join our growing medical events team.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in conference or event coordination and be capable of managing multiple event-related tasks while maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate hotel, venue, travel, and flight bookings.
* Source and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
* Follow up on event production requirements including branding, banners, printing, audiovisual equipment, photography, videography, and lighting.
* Coordinate conference materials, catalogues, delegate kits, and promotional items.
* Monitor project timelines and ensure all arrangements are completed on schedule.
* Support the Conference Manager in planning and executing medical conferences and exhibitions.
* Assist in handling on-site event operations and resolving unexpected issues professionally.
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in conference coordination, event management, hospitality, exhibitions, or a similar field.
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and supplier coordination skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn and grow.
Candidates with previous experience in medical conferences, exhibitions, or corporate events will be given preference.
