Procurement Engineer (Mechanical / Process) – Dubai

We are a premium procurement solutions provider delivering mission-critical supply chain and engineering support to high-stakes global projects. As we scale our Dubai operations, we are looking for an ambitious, high-energy, and technically elite engineer to drive our end-to-end technical sourcing.
The Role
This is a high-impact position requiring exceptional multitasking capabilities and a commanding presence. You will actively own and drive the entire end-to-end procurement cycle for capital-intensive projects. We need a proactive professional who seamlessly balances multiple project tracks simultaneously—from decoding complex Material Requisitions (MR) and managing competitive technical bid evaluations, to aggressive commercial negotiations and final Purchase Order (PO) closure.
What We Are Looking For:
Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering (highly preferred).
Industry Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience handling technical procurement workflows within Oil & Gas, Mining, or major infrastructure.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Proven ability to multitask across the full lifecycle: MR review, technical bid evaluation (TBE), global vendor qualification, expediting, and final PO closeout.
Communication Elite: Flawless, professional English proficiency (written and spoken) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable interfacing with international clients and negotiating with top-tier global manufacturers.
