BIM SPECIALIST/REVIT
We are looking for an experienced BIM professional with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel, with proven experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and update detailed Revit models, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Perform clash detection, review conflicts, and coordinate solutions with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Coordinate models and drawings with main contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings, track issues, and follow up until resolution.
• Prepare material schedules, quantity take-offs, and Excel reports.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and submission requirements.
Requirements
• Strong practical experience in Revit modeling and BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Navisworks or equivalent software for clash detection.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with stone cladding, façades, and supporting steel systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revizto is an advantage.
