Job Details
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Architectural & Product Designer who is passionate about turning ideas into physical products. The role is ideal for an architect or designer who enjoys working beyond traditional architecture—designing furniture, accessories, functional objects, installations, and experimental products.
The designer will work from concept through 3D modeling, prototyping, material selection, fabrication, and final production. We are particularly interested in someone who enjoys experimenting with materials and manufacturing methods and is comfortable working closely with workshops and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Design furniture, lighting, accessories, display pieces, decorative objects, and small architectural products.
Develop original concepts from sketches through detailed 3D models and production drawings.
Create prototypes using 3D printing and other rapid-prototyping techniques.
Prepare models specifically for 3D printing, including understanding tolerances, wall thicknesses, supports, assembly, and finishing.
Explore materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, wood, acrylic, glass, resin, plastics, concrete, composites, and upholstery.
Understand how different materials are cut, bent, welded, CNC-machined, laser-cut, printed, joined, and finished.
Work directly with fabricators and suppliers to turn concepts into manufacturable products.
Develop technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, material schedules, and fabrication details.
Improve prototypes based on testing, appearance, functionality, cost, and manufacturing feedback.
Design products with commercial production in mind—not only visually attractive concepts.
Research new materials, fabrication technologies, finishes, and design trends.
Support development of collections and new product launches for the studio
