Job Details
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the technical condition and maintenance requirements of the company’s properties.
• Conduct regular site and property inspections and identify required maintenance, repair, and improvement works.
• Coordinate and follow up with external maintenance companies to ensure works are completed properly and on time.
• Follow up on ongoing construction, renovation, fit-out, and improvement projects from commencement through completion and handover.
• Represent the Owner in day-to-day coordination with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project parties.
• Attend site and project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality, materials, costs, and completion schedules.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, quotations, variation works, and contractor invoices.
• Obtain and review quotations for maintenance and project works and provide technical recommendations to Management.
• Monitor maintenance and project costs against approved budgets and report any potential additional costs or variations.
• Identify delays, technical issues, maintenance concerns, and quality problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare regular maintenance, project progress, inspection, and cost reports for Management.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, approvals, inspections, variations, project documents, and completed works.
• Coordinate snagging, final inspections, completion of outstanding works, and project handover.
• Coordinate with the company’s internal departments regarding property and project requirements.
• Handle and follow up on multiple properties and projects across Dubai and Sharjah.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• UAE experience in property maintenance, construction, renovation, and project supervision.
• Good knowledge of BOQs drawings, quotations, variations, and contractor invoices.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, reporting, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to deal professionally with contractors and consultants.
• UAE driving license preferred.
