🔧 WE ARE HIRING – MEP ENGINEER
An emerging Maintenance Company in the UAE is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and dedicated MEP Engineer to join our growing team.
Position: MEP Engineer
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP maintenance activities • Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP works • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution • Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, clients, and site teams • Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards • Prepare maintenance reports and provide technical support to the operations team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Previous experience in Facility Management is mandatory • UAE experience in MEP/FM operations is preferred • Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage site teams and work under pressure • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
