Genius Fix is hiring an MEP Maintenance Engineer/Technician to handle installation, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pump systems, and general facility maintenance for residential, commercial, and facilities projects across Dubai/UAE.
Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC equipment (FCUs, AHUs, chillers, ducting)
Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting (panels, DBs, breakers, wiring)
Maintain and repair booster pumps, water pumps, and plumbing systems
Support general and heavy-duty maintenance across sites/buildings
Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems and propose solutions
Prepare quotations, material lists, and basic technical documentation
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors on-site
Support preventive maintenance schedules and snagging/testing & commissioning
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent trade experience)
Hands-on UAE experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pump systems (multi-trade a plus)
Comfortable with heavy-duty/hands-on maintenance work, not just design
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is a plus, not mandatory
Valid UAE Driving License preferred
Immediately available candidates preferred
