We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Mechanical, Steel Structural Engineer Fabricator and 4G welder to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical design, hands-on work operations, plant management, and client engagement. You will oversee heavy industrial operations, manage fabrication and machining processes, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Software knowledge and experience:
o MASTERCAM Software, AutoCAD 2D, 3D and 3D Max.
o Load calculations software STAAD.Pro 8i, ETABS,
o Manage and supervise works efficiency and quality control.
o CNC and VMC Milling programming experience.
o Heavy industrial plant operations experience.
• Business Development and Marketing experience.
o Leverage technical expertise to support marketing initiatives, client consultations, and technical sales pitches for industrial engineering solutions.
o Prepare accurate cost estimations, technical proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Steel Structural Engineer or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or plant environment.
o Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical marketing skills.
o Possession of a valid driving license and flexibility for travel as required (Not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities for Fabricator:
Capable to read engineering drawings and able to Lead and supervise the team.
4 to 6 years’ Industrial work experience.
Key Responsibilities for 4G welder:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Strong proficiency and knowledge in AWS Standard, SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), or FCAW processes.
