Opportunity for talented Mechanical Design Engineers to join Consistent Office.
Requirements:
1. Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5-7 years of similar experience (preferably in the consultancy field). Coordination with Authorities like DM, ADDC, DEWA, ADWEA, SEWA, DCD is an added advantage.
3. Knowledge of international and local codes
4. Working knowledge of REVIT MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Job responsibilities of the role:
1. Designing and developing mechanical engineering services like HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas & BMS.
2. Manage Design Questionnaire, Space planning, Design basis/ concept report in consultation with Electrical counterpart through the design team.
3. Develop/ review mechanical calculations and schedules.
4. Should be able to communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices.
5. Apply technical knowledge to resolve the problems and be willing to learn new skills.
