About the Company: The HOMELY ADVANCED TECHNICAL SERVICE WSD LLC. Stabilized, it has been operating within the UAE market, with extensive experience in management, specializing in facility management, interior fit-out, and construction projects.
We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Supervisor to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for VIP Luxury Villa projects. The ideal candidate will plan, design, coordinate, and execute, manage subcontractors, budgeting, quality control, and project delivery, ensuring handover to the team and compliance with contract regulations and project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all MEP works across multiple projects from planning to handover
• Oversee HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and CCTV systems
• Coordinate with Client, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams
• Review design drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings
• Ensure project execution meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams for smooth project delivery
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and cost control for MEP packages
• Lead testing, commissioning, and final project handover
• Provide technical solutions, value engineering, and risk mitigation
• Manage and review Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical
• At least 4-6 years in a supervisor role
• Experience in design-build projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification
• Experience in design-build projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Should Be Valid:
• Should be holding a UAE driving license.
• Should be a valid Visit/Exchange Visa for more than a Month.
