Job Details

We are seeking a highly analytical and methodical HVAC Mechanical Engineer to serve as the technical authority for our HVAC products and systems. This role is critical for ensuring optimal system performance, solving complex technical challenges, and driving our after-sales service business. The ideal candidate will leverage strong mathematical and problem-solving skills to provide data-driven solutions from design through to commissioning and maintenance.

Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting: Apply advanced analytical skills and a systematic, knowledge-based approach to diagnose and resolve complex issues in HVAC systems and components. Utilize performance data and calculations to identify root causes.
Design & Documentation Support: Prepare, review, and analyze technical drawings, system layouts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) using AutoCAD, ensuring precision and compliance with design specifications.
Commissioning & Site Supervision: Lead and provide expert commissioning support on-site, verifying system performance against design parameters and conducting technical evaluations and inspections.
Service Business Development: Proactively identify, develop, and manage new after-sales service and maintenance contracts, contributing directly to business growth.
Operational Coordination: Plan, schedule, and dispatch service teams efficiently; manage the spare parts and consumables inventory through data-driven forecasting and tracking.
Technical Proposal & Quotation Development: Support the sales team by preparing detailed technical proposals, submittals, and service quotations, leveraging your engineering knowledge to create compelling, accurate offers.
Liaison & Escalation Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with our principals and factory teams, escalating and managing complex product and service issues to resolution.
Salary: up to AED 7,500.00

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on technical experience in the UAE within the HVAC, MEP, or Building Materials industry.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
Technical Competencies:
• Strong Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use mathematical calculations and logical reasoning for system diagnostics, load analysis, and performance evaluation.
• In-depth technical understanding of HVAC system design, operation, and service principles.
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and preparing BOQs.
