# Electrical Engineer – Fire Alarm & Civil Defence

**Location:** Ruwais / Ghayathi, Abu Dhabi, UAE
**Experience:** 2–4 years of UAE experience
**Education:** B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
**Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred

### Job Summary

We are looking for a **qualified Electrical Engineer** with a **B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering** and hands-on experience in **fire alarm/detection systems and UAE Civil Defence requirements**.

The candidate will be responsible for managing fire & life safety projects from **quotation and business development through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover**.

### Key Responsibilities

* Prepare **quotations, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical proposals** for fire alarm and fire detection projects.
* Identify business opportunities and actively contribute towards **bringing new orders**.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and project surveys.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, technicians, and subcontractors.
* Supervise **installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance** of fire alarm systems.
* Ensure project compliance with **UAE Civil Defence requirements and applicable fire & life safety standards**.
* Prepare technical submissions, material submittals, drawings, and project documentation.
* Monitor project execution, materials, manpower, timelines, and quality.
* Coordinate project handover and obtain necessary approvals/clearances.

### Eligibility & Required Skills

* **B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.**
* **2–4 years of relevant UAE experience** in fire alarm/fire detection systems.
* Good knowledge of **UAE Civil Defence requirements and procedures**.
* Practical experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
* Ability to independently prepare **quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates**.
* Strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to **generate business and bring new orders**.
* Good project execution and site coordination skills.
* **UAE driving licence** will be an advantage.
* Candidates who can **join immediately** will be preferred.
