Job Details
We are looking for an experienced technician to maintain our CNC machines and handle electrical maintenance across our factory and machinery.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical and control faults in CNC machines.
Troubleshoot spindle motors, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, relays, contactors and control panels.
Maintain factory three-phase electrical systems, distribution panels, machine wiring and lighting.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine mechanical work, including lubrication, adjustments and replacement of worn components.
Respond to breakdowns, identify required spare parts and maintain service records.
Follow safe electrical isolation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, including hands-on CNC machine maintenance.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical troubleshooting and ability to read electrical drawings.
Experience with CNC routers; laser cutting machine maintenance experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of PLC input/output troubleshooting.
ITI, diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or Mechatronics preferred.
Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
