MSD Millennium Stone Design LLC is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Project Draftsman Cum Estimator with a strong background in the Marble, Granite, Natural Stone and Porcelain industry.

*Key Responsibilities*
_________________________
1. Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
2. Review architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
3. Perform quantity take-offs for marble, granite, natural stone, porcelain, and tiling works.
4. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender submissions, and project quotations.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, clients, and project teams.
6. Prepare post-award documentation, variation orders, and cost reports.
7. Analyze project risks and support budgeting and forecasting.
8. Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and delivered within deadlines.
9. Interpret technical specifications and construction documents.
10. Prepare and coordinate marble book-matching drawings.

*Requirements*

✔ Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in the Marble & Stone Industry.
✔ Strong experience in marble estimation & drafting.
✔ Excellent knowledge of Marble, Granite, Natural Stone, Porcelain, and Tile products.
✔ Experience with luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects.
✔ Strong BOQ preparation & quantity surveying skills.
✔ Advanced AutoCAD knowledge & drawing interpretation.
✔ Experience preparing shop drawings & marble book-matching layouts.
✔ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
✔ Ability to work independently under tight project deadlines
