Job Details

We are a Dubai-based building contracting company looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team for renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and construction-related projects.

The candidate must be based in Dubai and should have experience working with building management, developers, authorities, permits, site coordination, and subcontractors.

Requirements
Minimum Dubai Municipality approval: G+1
Civil Engineering background
Currently based in Dubai
UAE driving license is preferred
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience is preferred
Experience working with government authorities, developers, building management, and approval procedures is a strong advantage
Knowledge of fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and construction procedures
Good understanding of construction materials and site execution
Ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project documents
Ability to manage site progress, quality, and deadlines
Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities
Site supervision and coordination
Communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, building management, and authorities
Preparation and checking of scope of works
Coordination of permits, NOCs, and required project documentation
Monitoring site progress and work quality
Material estimation and coordination
Reporting project updates to management
Ensuring works are completed according to approved scope, safety requirements, and project timeline
Salary

AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month
Final salary depends on experience, approvals, and qualifications.
