Job Details
We are seeking an experienced G+12 DM LICENSE & UNLIMITED DM LICENSE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER with hands-on, capable of handling both structural design and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
2. Prepare structural calculations, design reports, technical specifications, and construction drawings.
3. Ensure compliance with local authority codes and standards
4. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants
5. Supervise site works and ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings
6. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
7. Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues, if required
8. Prepare reports and attend technical meetings if required
Requirements:
1. Must possess G+12 or Unlimited DM License - mandatory
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
2. At least 7 - 8 UAE experience in structural design and/or site supervision
3. Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, etc.)
4. Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices
5. Strong communication and coordination skills
