We are looking for a Site / Operations Engineer for a fit-out and maintenance company based in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day site operations, supervising works, and coordinating with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and as per required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise fit-out and renovation works on site
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor daily site progress and report updates
Ensure quality of work and compliance with project requirements
Handle site measurements, material planning, and basic costing
Support operations and maintenance activities when required
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Experience in fit-out / renovation works (apartments, villas, commercial)
Good understanding of site execution and coordination
Ability to manage multiple small projects at the same time
Basic knowledge of drawings and site measurements
Good communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in UAE market
Immediate joiners preferred
Practical, hands-on mindset
