Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Civil Sales Engineer to drive the commercial distribution and specification of our specialized construction chemicals and building envelope solutions. This role focuses on generating new business and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, building owners, facilities management (FM) companies, and main contractors. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and commercial application, ensuring our products are actively specified and utilized in both new build and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and market penetration for core product lines, including polyurethane membranes, acrylic roof coatings, EPDM membranes, anti-corrosion primers, and injection resins.
• Identify, engage, and secure vendor approvals from real estate developers, building owners, consultants, and FM companies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive technical submittals to clients, utilizing Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Quality Control reports, and compliance documentation for international testing standards (including EN 13501, ASTM C719, ASTM C1522, and ASTM D6511).
• Conduct on-site technical evaluations, recommend appropriate waterproofing systems, and provide application guidance to contractors to ensure strict quality control.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and commercial negotiation to closing deals and project handover.
• Maintain accurate daily sales tracking, pipeline updates, and financial reporting utilizing enterprise platforms (e.g., Zoho).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project tenders within the region to strategically position product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Proven technical sales experience within the construction chemicals and waterproofing sector, with established experience in the regional market.
• Strong existing network of contacts among local developers, FM companies, consultants, and contractors.
• Deep technical understanding of building envelope systems, waterproofing chemistry, and relevant ASTM/EN testing standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license (a company commercial vehicle, such as a Toyota Yaris/Corolla, or equivalent transport allowance will be provided).
