Job Details
We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to oversee a G+4 Building Construction project in Ajman.
📌 Key Requirements:
• Credentials: Civil Engineering degree + valid SOE Card (Mandatory).
• License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Experience: Hands-on experience in building construction, structural works, piling works, slabs monitoring and authority approvals.
• Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of Ajman Municipality regulations, permits, and local subcontractors.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and BBS.
• Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily progress, site safety, material logs, and concrete testing.
• Manage project documentation, including daily site reports, progress schedules, and contractor billings.
