Job Details
Position: Architect / Civil Engineer
Required License: G+12 Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer License
Purpose: To support the licensing and technical requirements of our consultancy office.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+12 Engineer License.
* Experience with Dubai Municipality procedures and approvals.
* Experience in design, drawings, submissions, and authority approvals.
* Knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction standards.
* Previous experience working with a consultancy office is preferred.
* Ability to act as the required licensed engineer for the consultancy office.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
