Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fit-Out / ConstructionCompany: Massa Global
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Job Overview
Massa Global is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee interior fit-out and light construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of UAE-based experience with a strong background in structural works, site supervision, and coordination across multiple trades. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and involves ensuring that all site activities meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise all civil and structural works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved plans and quality standards.
· Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
· Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of structural, architectural, and services work.
· Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements at the construction site.
· Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), and other UAE regulatory standards.
· Maintain accurate progress reports and update project stakeholders on status and issues.
Requirements / Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
· 5–10 years of proven UAE experience in fit-out or light construction projects.
· Thorough understanding of structural works, site supervision methodology, and coordination across multiple trades.
· Familiarity with DM, DCD, and other UAE authority standards and approvals.
· Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, prepare and review submittals, and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
