The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer / Site Foreman to take ownership of our landscaping, swimming pool, and hardscape construction projects from drawing to handover. You'll be the person on site responsible for building and delivering swimming pools, pergolas, pathways, gazebos, barbecue areas, and other civil components of a landscaping project — making sure the work matches the design, stays on schedule, and leaves the client satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret civil, landscape, and pool construction drawings and specifications
Execute and supervise construction of swimming pools, pergolas, pathways, gazebos, barbecue areas, and other civil/hardscape components of landscaping projects
Plan, schedule, and manage the full project timeline from mobilization to handover
Supervise and coordinate on-site labor teams and subcontractors
Manage material procurement, delivery schedules, and on-site inventory
Communicate directly with clients on progress, site issues, and any scope changes
Ensure work quality, site safety, and strict adherence to approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with the design/estimation and sales teams whenever scope or requirements change
Track project progress and report to management on a regular basis
Resolve on-site issues and delays proactively
Obtain formal client sign-off at project completion and handover

Requirements
Proven experience in civil engineering, site execution, or foreman roles — landscaping, pool construction, or general contracting background preferred
Hands-on experience in swimming pool construction/execution strongly preferred
Experience building hardscape structures such as pergolas, pathways, gazebos, and barbecue areas is a plus
UAE site experience strongly preferred
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred but not mandatory — strong hands-on site experience will be considered in place of formal qualification
Confident reading and working from technical/civil drawings
Experience managing labor crews, subcontractors, and material logistics
Strong planning and scheduling ability
Clear communicator, comfortable dealing directly with clients on site
Valid UAE driving license preferred (project sites across Dubai and neighboring emirates)
