Job Details

The Kindergarten Teacher creates a warm, structured classroom where five- and six-year-olds build early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. The role combines instruction, close observation of each child's development, and regular communication with families.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned to [state/curriculum] standards in literacy, math, science, and social studies
• Use play-based, hands-on, and small-group activities to support varied learning styles
• Establish classroom routines and positive behavior expectations; support social-emotional growth and conflict resolution
• Assess progress through observation, work samples, and screening tools; adjust instruction accordingly

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
