We are seeking an organised and approachable School Secretary to manage the administrative operations of the school office and act as a key point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors. Reporting to the Principal or School Coordinator, the successful candidate will keep the daily administrative machinery of the school running smoothly, often being the first voice or face a family encounters.
The core of the role is front office management. The School Secretary greets and directs visitors, parents, and students, answers and screens telephone calls, and manages the general school inbox, responding to routine enquiries directly and escalating anything requiring the Principal's attention. A calm, welcoming presence at the front desk sets the tone for how families experience the school administratively, which matters as much as the academic reputation in many parents' eyes.
