We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to manage the enrollment process from initial enquiry through to confirmed registration. Reporting to the Head of Admissions or Principal, the successful candidate will guide prospective families or students through the application journey while maintaining accurate records and meeting enrollment targets.
The core of the role is enquiry handling and conversion. The Admissions Officer responds promptly and warmly to enquiries by phone, email, and in person, explains the institution's programmes, fees, and admission requirements clearly, and guides prospective applicants through each step of the process. Follow-up with interested families is proactive rather than passive, since enquiries that go unanswered for even a day or two are often lost to a competing institution.
