Position: Female Driver & Personal Assistant
Location: Jumeirah Beach Hotel area, Dubai
We are a private household of two seeking a full-time female driver and personal assistant to join our small, close-knit team.
The Role
While driving is a key part of this position, your day-to-day responsibilities will be broader. You will provide administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate routes, and occasionally assist our female household staff. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being organised, punctual, and professionally presented.
Key Responsibilities
• Driving the household to meetings, appointments, and engagements across Dubai, with occasional trips to Abu Dhabi
• Planning routes in advance and monitoring traffic to ensure timely arrivals
• Maintaining an accurate mileage log
• Managing calendars, emails, and WhatsApp communications on behalf of the household
• Providing general administrative support as required
• Supporting other female staff members in the home when needed drop them off pick them up
What We Are Looking For
• Female candidate (preferred by the household)
• Valid UAE driving licence with solid Dubai road knowledge; Abu Dhabi familiarity is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English, filipino and arabic also an advantage
• Confident using a smartphone, email, calendar applications, and WhatsApp; laptop proficiency is a bonus
• Energetic, motivated, and proactive in approach
• Professional appearance; business attire will be provided where required
