Join Our Team: Designer & Fabrication Technician
The Party | UAE | Full-Time
Do you love turning ideas into real, physical things? At The Party, we design and build custom decorations, displays and products for our clients across the region, and we’re looking for an energetic, hands-on person to join our workshop team.
No two days are the same. Every day brings a new set of products to design and make, from first sketch in Illustrator to the finished piece coming off the machines.
What you’ll do
Prepare and design artwork and production files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Operate our laser machines, UV printers and CNC equipment
Work out practical solutions to new design and production challenges
Support our team at events, from production through to installation
What we’re looking for
Fluent English
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Good problem-solving skills (essential)
Energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
Bonus points for
Good hand skills and carpentry experience
A valid UAE driving licence
Good to know
