We seek an experienced Estimation / Interior Design Architect with substantive expertise in interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and interacting with Client on new project enquiries, prepare concept design, structuring the BOQ, submit proposals and contribute towards the business development activities of the company.
Expectations:
• Minimum 5 experience in UAE fit-out projects environment
• Strong experience in commercial and fit-out projects
• Ability to design aesthetically and technically competent interior fitout projects
• Sound exposer to UAE market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, Excel and estimation software
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, site survey
• Prepare concept design in 2D and 3D
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposal submissions
• Quantity take-off and pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotations
• Coordinate Closely with management and report the status and performance.
• Maintain updated cost databases and market rates
• Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams
• Attend client meetings and technical discussions as and when required

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ interior design / civil engineering
