Job Description:
We are looking for an Architectural Draftsman with minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi). The candidate must have strong experience in architectural drafting, Revit modeling, and BIM coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed drawings
* Developing 3D models and drawings using Revit and BIM
* Coordination with Structural and MEP teams
* Preparation of authority submission drawings
* Updating and modifying drawings based on consultant or authority comments
Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Drafting
* Minimum 3 years UAE experience (Mandatory)
* Must know Revit and BIM
* Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural detailing
* Familiar with UAE authority submission procedures
