seeking a creative and detail-oriented Space Development & Design Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative interior spaces from concept through execution.
Create space plans, layouts, and design concepts that enhance functionality and user experience.
Prepare detailed specifications for furniture, materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
Research and evaluate materials, products, and construction methods.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements
