Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
Verify accuracy of data before input and correct any errors
Review and organize documents for data entry
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
Coordinate with departments to collect and update required information
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks
Follow company procedures and data management policies
