Job Details

OSON DIFC LIMITED is a newly established Dubai-based entity, being launched as part of the global OSON ecosystem.

Operations Management
Establishing and launching end-to-end operational processes for a payment organization from the ground up.
Developing and implementing internal regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Liaising with regulators (DIFC) and other government authorities.
Representing the company’s interests in dealings with banks, clients, and partners.
Organizing and overseeing Dubai office operations (handling administrative and operational matters).

Finance
Maintaining full control over the company’s financial activities.
Managing financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow.
Preparing management and financial reports.
Interacting with banks and payment infrastructure providers.
Overseeing tax and financial structuring in compliance with UAE legislation.

Candidate Requirements Essential
Mandatory knowledge of the Russian language
At least 5 years of experience in COO, CFO, Finance Director, or Deputy CFO roles.
Proven track record within payment providers, financial institutions, banks, or telecom companies.
Hands-on experience in process setup and regulatory engagement.
In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Fluency in English.

Desirable (Nice to have)
Proficiency in Arabic.
Professional experience in the UAE or other international jurisdictions.

Background in FinTech and payment systems.
Strong understanding of DIFC regulatory requirements.
Experience in supporting investment deals or M&A.
