Calling Agent – Job Description
Position: Calling Agent
Experience: Minimum 6 months of calling experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain products or services.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in calling/telecalling/customer service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Must be fluent in Hindi and English
Knowledge of any of the following regional languages is preferred: Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge.
* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
* Candidates with good customer-handling and sales skills will be preferred.
