We are seeking a professional and well-presented Customer Service to join our men’s tailoring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing orders through our tailoring system, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Enter and manage customer orders using our tailoring software system. * Maintain accurate customer records and measurement profiles. * Coordinate with the production team to ensure order accuracy. * Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-up communications.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in tailoring, fashion retail, customer service, or a similar role. * Experience using POS, CRM, tailoring, or order management systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. * English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in bespoke tailoring or men’s fashion. * Familiarity with TailorPad or similar tailoring management software. * Experience working in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
